It’s just a 24-hour period alone with Martin - arriving on lunchtime of day 1 and leaving lunchtime on day 2.
Afternoon of Day 1 is about settling and grounding, and then about releasing what’s not helpful.
Morning of Day 2 is about unlocking fresh insights, shifting mindset and unleashing more of what you dream of.
And if this ‘pitstop’ solo retreat proves highly valuable, we invite you to keep coming back to the same place in the same way every 3 or 6 months... It becomes your regular commitment to you being your full potential.
