Look. It’s pretty bloody obvious… if you don’t look at your health & wellbeing, you’ll get illness or disease. The body tells the score and will always catch up with you at some point.

  • Mind-Body Connection: illness is usually a result of a mental & emotainal thing.

  • Psychological & Emotional Health: thought creates your stress.

  • Prioritisation: the screwed-up thinking that has you not prioritise basic practices.

This is a chance to: Stop, Reflect, and Look at your current mindsets and habits. 

Reflect and ask yourself:

  • Am I consistently well - mentally, emotionally, physically?

  • Do I have health and wellbeing prioritised as part of my week?

  • What ways of thinking or beliefs do I have that are getting in the way?
